More information
- Bakalland dried mango consists of large, juicy slices of this exotic fruit.
- Mango is a fruit that originates from South Asia. It gained popularity there and was exported from these regions to countries around the world. The fruit appeared in Europe in the 16th century. Mango trees reach a height of 30 to 40 metres. They are long-lived plants – some species bear fruit even after 300 years. The fruit ripens within 3-6 months and comes in various colours, from green, yellow and orange to shades of red.
- Mangoes are naturally sweet fruits. That is why their dried version is an excellent and healthy snack on its own, which you can take to work, give to your child for school, or eat at home for afternoon tea or while watching films in the evening.
- You can take these dried fruits with you on a walk, a mountain hike or a bike ride. However, dried mango is also an excellent addition to fruit salads and a great way to add variety to sweet breakfasts: porridge, granola, yoghurt and breakfast cereals.
- The Asian origin of these fruits makes them a perfect match for dishes from this region of the world, where chefs combine salty, sweet and spicy flavours. Mango is used to gently soften the spiciness of dishes. Try them in your kitchen.
- Packaging: 70g
